The VA Job Board is one of the heart projects within One Vivid World. It was born out of my own journey of working with incredible virtual assistants — and the heartbreak of having to let them go when my income shifted. That experience created a ripple I couldn’t ignore. I promised myself that one day I would create something bigger, something sustainable, that could support both creators and VAs.

This Job Board is designed as an à la carte task marketplace — a place where awakened creators can get help with the everyday tasks that weigh them down, and where virtual assistants can find consistent, love-centered work. No long contracts, no overwhelm — just real projects, real opportunities, and mutual support.

The goal is simple:

• Free wayshowers, storytellers, and wisdom holders from the 3D admin tasks so they can focus on sharing their message.

• Create meaningful opportunities for VAs — with community, fair pay, and steady work.

• Build a platform that serves as both a job bank and a training hub for long-term growth.

This isn’t just a gig site. It’s a missionary project of Love Mission — a commitment to rebuild in a way that uplifts everyone involved.
