Mission Love is a heart-led initiative to support creatives, storytellers, and visionaries who are building new worlds outside the systems that failed them. Through the Global Support Squad, we train and empower a new generation of virtual assistants—rooted in love, sovereignty, and purpose. Together, we’re building One Vivid World—a global job network, training library, and co-creation hub for mission-based work.

Why This Exists (The Real Story)
A while back, I had four incredible virtual assistants helping me build my vision—editing videos, managing content, keeping my creative projects alive. When my income shifted and I couldn’t afford to pay them anymore, I had to let them all go. The ripple effect was devastating—not just for me, but for them.
That moment broke something open in me. I realized I never wanted to be in that position again, and I never wanted other creators to have to make that choice either. But more than that—I saw an opportunity to build something revolutionary.
What We're Building: One Vivid World
Mission Love isn’t just hiring virtual assistants. It’s co-creating One Vivid World with a global team of movement builders who will literally build the infrastructure that employs them.
Here’s the vision:
Phase 1: Co-Building the Foundation (Next 3 Months)
- I’m seeking 4-8 co-creators to join as volunteer partners with clear paths to paid positions
- Together, we’ll build the job board, training systems, and revenue streams while working on my business
- You’ll get real experience across diverse projects: social media, video editing, SEO, website development, Shopify-to-WooCommerce transition, graphic design, eBay support, and yes—adult content platforms
- Your work gets credited on videos and projects for portfolio building
- We co-create fundraising strategies through crowdfunding, “business showers,” service sales, and shop revenue
Phase 2: Becoming the Training Leaders
- As revenue grows and positions become paid, original co-creators become the master trainers
- You’ll design the onboarding systems based on what we built together
- Leadership opportunities managing teams and training new members
- Your experience becomes the foundation for others’ success
Phase 3: One Vivid World Launch
- Open the job board to serve other heart-led creators and small businesses
- Connect trained, vetted VAs with independent entrepreneurs building outside corporate systems
- Become a hub for the new creator economy where purpose meets profit
- Scale the model globally with you as the foundation team
Who is This For
